limited varietyabsent staff
The breakfast options were limited. I expected more variety. the staff was often absent from the reception. I sometimes had to call for assistance. It was a bit inconvenient because I needed help with directions, but no one was around. It felt a little understaffed or perhaps just poorly managed!

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I found the rooms clean. Bathrooms were recently upgraded and modern. Location was great to tourist attractions, I find this grateful. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The bedroom felt basic for the rate paid. It seemed like everything was squeezed to fit the ensuite.
